OK, they are free to prohibit people from visiting their country on the basis of their political views, but is Trump actually wrong on "parts of London being radicalized"? Looks like, he wasn't so wrong...
many of our inner cities have been abandoned by our key workers: our doctors and nurses drive in from afar, the police, as mentioned before, have shut down their stations and never venture in unless in extremis—they and ambulance crews have been known to be attacked—even the local Imam lives in a leafier area. He wasn't SO wrong. Evidently, there are places where the police don't cope with the situation. Evidently, there is some radicalization. But I was in the US from 79 to 87, and I can testify that going to the Harlem was not quite safe for a white-skinned person; going to the South Bronx even more so; and that independently of the person's color, when I got lost on a road in New Jersey, an attempt to ask for directions from another car's driver would end in the windows raised, door locked and the car departing. Not in all parts of New Jersey, evidently. In France, before any islamic radicalization, there were and there still are firearm clashes in Marselles. The police can't cope with the gangs. This has been the situation in some areas all over the world, except, possibly, in quiet Scandinavian countries or in Switzerland. Therefore, the message Trump want to convey is false. I may not approve the motion for denying him entry, but I do approve the existence of that petition as a symbolic means to measure the attitude of British citizens towards Trump's ideas.

London Cop Confirms Donald Trump UK Radicalisation Claims
He told LBC radio police weren’t scared, but admitted bosses had told officers to avoid wearing uniforms in certain places in the capital.

...one serving officer said today Trump had 'pointed out something plainly obvious, something which I think we aren't as a nation willing to own up to'.
Another policeman said that he and other colleagues fear being terror targets and spoke of the 'dire warning' from bosses not to wear a uniform 'even in my own car'.
