не вижу связи. У меня ровно один уровень без всякой возможности зацикливания. Я не умею "А"; значит, тот, кто делает "А" на моём уровне или ниже, не умеет "А". Как насчёт бегать? Я не умею бегать на короткие дистанции (впрочем, и на длинные...), и если я кого обгоняю, он уж точно не умеет...
я вижу. (Далее чисто логически.) Наверное, для меня Не уметь "А" = не уметь вопринимать "А". И наоборот. Или: я бы стал писать книгу, которую сам бы мечтал прочитать.
